All of the staff are friendly and helpful with ONE EXCEPTION. The woman who handles patient accounts is very rude and condesending. I called to make a payment arrangement for an outstanding bill. Instead of trying to work with me the woman began to berate me as if I was a naughty child. All I wanted to do was pay my bill. She treated me as if I was trying to get out of something I am responsible for. Instead of making a payment arrangement with me she accused me of being verbally abusive and hung up on me twice. I am extremely dissapointed in how I was treated by the billing person. Apparently she felt that by treating me poorly she would get me to pay the bill.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are thoughtful, sweet and respectful. I have been a patient since 1994. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. My hygienist is gentle and careful and always has a smile. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
