The staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. Dr. Kim is professional, and makes the whole experience that much better.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

We joined Dr. Kim's practice just before my youngest daughter had cracked her tooth in half. It was around 6 o'clock pm. I called Dr. Kim's office. No service, no answering machine, just right to Dr. Kim. I told him the situation. He directed us to meet him at his office. He was at home. We arrived at the same time.
Removing the tooth wasn't easy. He explained to my daughter (not me) exactly what was happening and why. After the extraction, My daughter said he is the best. Two days later was a letter from the tooth fairy. With Dr. Kim's return address, he is simply the best.
My father had a problem with a loose tooth. It was just a simple thing. He has seen the same denist for 20 plus years. His denist was not avalable. My father (75 years old) was in the right parking lot but couldn't find the office. I called Dr. Kim. He walked out in his denist offit and waived him in. This made my father feel comfortable.
Again as a faimly we cannot say enough about Dr. Kim.
