Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Dr. Kan is a wonderful dentist. He is very professional, pleasant and performs thorough examinations. I feel fortunate to have him as my dentist.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

All of the dental recommendations Dr. Kan has suggested to me have proven to be beneficial for my oral health I trust his knowledge to be current and value his opinion. I have confidence in his explanations of my treatment plans.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, they were an expert!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
