The Doctor was very rushed going in between patients and doing other tasks. She was nice on my first and second visit but on my third visit when I refused to have another x-ray done that my insurance wouldn't cover and I wasn't coming out of pocket to pay for, she got quite nasty. Procedure was the doctor is gentle. If my insurance allowed me to go to another dentist closer to my area I would. Overall they are not the worst but not the best either.

The dentist cleans your teeth herself instead of having a hygenist do it. She often seems rushed and one time even answered her cell phone during a cleaning! She seems like a nice person but also seems to micro manage. She's answering the phones, looking over the receptionist's shoulders, cleaning teeth...She needs to learn how to delegate responsibility and step back. Her office staff at times have seemed unprofessional in answering the phones but she never seems to have the same staff there, so maybe it's better now. If the other dentists in my area were taking new patients, I wouldn't be going to her.
