They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr Press is an extraordinary dentist! He's professional ,gentle, compasionate, & has a friendly staff working with him. I've been going to him since I was 16 years old. He's very skilled & has seen my entire family from teens to my 90 year old grandparents! I recommend all in the Baltimore area & beyond to check out Dr Press!
