On my first visit, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The receptionist got up to ask a dental technician why it was taking so long and I overheard the tech say that she didn't have my chart. I then watched the receptionist pick up my chart from a spare desk. The dentist had no idea I was even in the waiting room ! I actually went back to them with my daughter for her recent check up. When I made the appointment I was told it was for 2:30pm. I received an email about a week prior asking me to confirm her 2:40pm appointment; the day of the appointment I received a text confirming for 3:00pm. When I called the office and asked THEM to confirm the time I was given 2:50pm. We walked into the office at 2:45. My daughter went back right away but she sat in the dental chair for over an hour. Within that hour in the waiting room, I watched 5 patients arrive, been seen and check out. After another 20 minutes the dentist stood in the middle of the waiting room discussing her appointment with me and everyone else in the waiting room heard her diagnosis. The dentist main concern was that I made another appointment BEFORE I left. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not waste your time with this dental office.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

Do not use this dental provider. They did not follow my instructions on proceedures, so the cost went up because it was not covered by my insurance. All the work they did on my kids and my wife has fallen apart, caps have fell out, my wifes tooth that was capped broke, they will not fix any of this work and want to charge me even more. Not only all of this, but you can't even get in, even in an emergency, for months. They are bad, and we are considering filing a law suit for malpractice.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest.
