Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

A little. I wish they had been more gentle
