I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
