They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
