I went to see Dr. Lane thinking I needed an implant. After X-rays and examination, he told me I could get the implant but I should check with my dentist because he thought I just needed a crown. His opinion was honest and correct.
Dr. Lane and his staff were very polite and professional. I was one of the first patients in his office after it reopened from Covid-19. I felt very safe with precautions that the staff used.

They got my daughter in for surgery promptly and Dr Lane does great work/ lost a star because they forgot to review post op procedures with us and sent us off without post op instructions. I assumed they were in the bag they gave us but were not.

My complaint (which I called Lane's office about) was that I was told before arriving that the cost of an extraction less the $46 my ins. paid would be $654. I arrived and paid and was told by Dawn, that if my ins. paid more, I would be refunded. Three weeks later I get a bill for $54, I called to find out why as I could see that they charged "more" than originally stated and my ins. paid "more" ($108). They could not tell me why the charge went up, kept saying it was a "guesstimate" (very unprofessional language) & I owed the difference - not a refund. Claims they always make sure patients are aware that the payment they're making is a "guesstimate". I reminded her that was not our conversation at all, in fact, she told me if my ins. paid more, I would get a refund. I told her I was not happy, she said she's tell her boss & hung up on me.
Also, shouldn't the doctor or his nurse call & check in on a patient the next day to make sure they are alright? This doctor's office does not. Very odd, and uncaring.

+My first visit. I am totally impressed with the staff and Dr Lane. I was fully informed what to expect with my tooth extraction and implant. They made me feel very comfortable and confident that I will get the very best outcome.

Dr. Lane has performed extractions and putting in implants for me over the past two years. He and his staff have been cordial, professional, and excellent at the care they provided both during and after the procedures. I appreciate that Dr. Lane would always see me to check on any concerns I had, even months after surgery. He is always engaging and knowledgeable. I am sorry that I have moved out of state and will not be able to see him as needed.

I’m middle aged and needed my wisdom teeth removed. Dr Lane and his staff were outstanding. I’m almost 48 hours post surgery and very well cared for. I’ve had no pain and only minor swelling. The experience was professional and comfortable.

I will only see Dr. Lane and his team for oral surgery, his "chair-side" manner is amazing and after seeing him as a child for some procedures, I am going back to him 17 years later for another!
