I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I got an appointment quickly and I've never had to wait too long. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

As a health care provider, I am in tune with what stands out in a dental office. Dr. Tim and his entire office are professional and provide exceptional customer service as well as state of the art clinical care.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The staff is always so friendly and the office is decorated so personallym with Dr Guldemonds personal photos he takes around the office for everyone to enjoy...he has even donated some for charity because people really enjoy them. Tim and Robin Guldemond go out of their way to make patients feel welcome and respected....keep up the good work.

Dr. Guldemond is very professional from his staff to his office surroundings putting me at ease as a patient. His work speaks for itself. His reputation as a dentist has prompted me to refer him to everyone I know over the years and they all leave his office with a smile, literally. Thanks!

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
