I was referred to this office by my primary care. I was given an appointment with the Nursepractitioner. Was told upfront that I would not be seeing the doctor. I agreed to it. I had a test done and was told that I needed to come back a month later to have it done again. I was there for an ovarian cyst. Apparently when I went back to have the ultrasound done again it needed to be done at a specific time. When I called a month later to set up an appointment I was never asked about that nor was I told. After I had the test done I received a rude voicemail from the nurse practitioner as if I had wasted HER time. So I had to go back yet again to have this very invasive ultrasound done again. The result was good news, it wasn't cancerous. However, that was not my major concern. I have pain everyday that was never addressed. Basically I felt as if I were a bother to them. I do not recommend this office and will be seeking a second opinion on the issues that I am having.
