I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I waited probably the average time to receive my test results. I wouldn't say they were prompt in notifying me. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
