Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Dr. Reddi is a very good doctor. She is thorough and clearly cares about her patients. I like her a lot. Her staff is terrible. You never see the same person twice and if you do, they still don't know what they are doing. I have been hung up on, and the service is terrible.
This is unfortunately a case of a great doctor with a sub par staff.
