I had a follow up appointment this morning after having a post inserted 2 weeks ago. The surgery went well. I had no post op problems. Took ibuprofen for a few days with relief. I will see my regular dentist in 3 months.
Dr Abela did a nice job numbing my gums prior to the procedure & I was very comfortable throughout the procedure.

Dr Abela removed one of my molars in January & did a bone graft to prepare the area for implant. I had the implant done 2 days ago. He is a very competent surgeon, and along with his staff, procedures are done in a very organized manner with attention to aseptic technique. He explains everything in detail so a lay person can understand. He uses computer images of one’s X-ray results & dental models as well.
Staff are kind, pleasant & knowledgeable. The office runs very smoothly, it is clean & pleasant.

Excellent oral surgery office. Everyone was professional, courteous, respectful, empathetic and caring from registration to check-in to tooth extraction and post-surgery followup. Dr Abela is outstanding and made me feel comfortable and calm during my first adult tooth extraction. I look forward to returning for an implant consultation knowing I’ll be in very good hands.
