I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned today. When I went into the office this morning I could hear Dr. Dumitriu and what sounded like his secretary screaming at each other in the back room. This went on for about 10 minutes while I stood there. I don't think they even realized I was there. There were other patients in the waiting room who looked just as uncomfortable as I felt. I left without staying for my appointment and I will never go back!

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, it is their way or the highway

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

this dentist never heard a word I said and just did whatever he wanted. I trusted him because he came highly recommended. he completely disregarded my disability causing an episode and leaving unfinished work. his response was "I thought you were exagerating". when I tried to talk to him he was completely defensive, in denial, and laughed it off. now I am left with a mess and I have nightmares that I'm smiling and people are looking at me horrified because I forget to hide my teeth. before... I didn't have to do that. now he's suing me for payment on work he never finished!

My mouth has never felt more sore or swollen after a visit to the dentist and it was just supposed to be a routine cleaning! Not only did I feel terrible afterwards but they also made me wait for 45 minutes by myself in the waiting room. The hygienist was very nice but that was the only redeeming quality about my visit. The dentist was rude and was trying to force me to get cosmetic surgery done on my teeth that was entirely unnecessary. He barely even looked at my mouth and tried to blame my swollen gums on wisdom teeth coming in when I just had x rays done at that visit to prove I had none coming in. They are terrible and I will never give them my business again.

Dr. Cristian Dumitriu is the best dentist I have ever encountered. I went to Able Dental because I didn’t have a great experience with my other dentists. I was very skeptical at first but after my visit I knew that Abel Dental is different and that Dr. Cris and the staff care about my needs. Dr. Cris took the time to explain and show me on the digital ex-rays where the problem was and what he has to do to fix it. The office is very spacious, new equipment and very clean. It has a big parking lot and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. It has been more than a year from my first visit and since then I took my two daughters for their regular checkup, Dr. Cris is wonderful with kids too. I encourage everyone to go and see them because Dr. Cris is the person you can trust to take care of your dental needs.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not really, they only lasted a couple of weeks
