They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
