I have had nothing but a bad experience with this office. When I first took my child there I asked them not to give information to my ex husband. They could have just said ok but they chose to scold me and tell me how they do not get in the middle of divorces. Really? I just asked one simple thing. Due to the fact that my ex did miss 5 appointments for my son they have given me crap. On Monday my son was vomitting and running fever. His appt was for 8:30 am, they didn't answer the phones until 9:05 am. Then they want to charge me for a missed appt because I didn't leave a message on the answering machine. I wanted to talk to a person, not a machine. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with and very unprofessional. When an office is that hard up for $35 it really worries me. If I haven't already paid for treatment I would so go to another doctor. I do NOT recommend this office at all. Your child is not the priority, your money is.
