They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The doctor was somewhat unfriendly. I felt like I wasn't really welcome there. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
