They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
