They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were friendly and made me feel at home. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
