They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
