They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Dr. Gurka was initially a bit contrary or dismissive of info offered by my previous allergist (and me) but eventually was fine. He is actually a nice and caring guy but on my first visit it wasn't what I experienced. He and his staff are very patient focused and have been willing to stay late when people get there just before closing time for shots. Office is in a good neighborhood with sufficient street parking.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
