NONE of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. When I asked basic questions regarding my oral health (important ones), the dentist shrugged and said he didn't know. If he doesn't know, then why does he have that occupation? Where do they get the people at this place, back-alleys?

It's extremely hard to make appointments!!!!! It seems like people just walk-in and extravagate their problem!!!!! Customer that are friends with the staffs get the special treatment first!

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
