This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
