I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Dr. Patel has gone beyond the call of duty and always returned phone calls with a few minutes after hours for crises situations. She got meds called in for me within 15 minutes that got me through a crisis. I have never experienced any of the interactions other reviewers have shared and really can't imagine her acting that way.

She has also always been willing to try to new meds to find something that worked.

We have had brief waits in the waiting room. We once called with a question and the doctor called back within an hour. The restrooms are in the hall, they are well-stocked, you need a key. Dr Patel listens and provides guidance. She deals well with my 15 year old. When we have questions about medications, she answers them and is open to our input and adjusts accordingly. We like her and would recommend her.
