I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need.

I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
