Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.
