I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Basically the most important thing is Dr. Fraga is an excellent physician and does a great deal of wellness counseling and overall primary care. She is always more than up to date on the literature!!!

They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
