I originally tried this dentist because I've always had issues with other ones. The previous dentists I've had couldn't fix a chipped tooth and was very "secretive" about my account. They wouldn't talk with me about what would be due but Dr. Oxler's staff actually sat with me and called my insurance and got every answer while I was there. That's amazing to me. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, and I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love how their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I have very very sensitive teeth and they do everything in their power to make me comfortable. Going in for cleanings are somewhat enjoyable now because of their compassion to each individuals needs. They don't prod around in problem areas, they do everything they can without hurting you, which is one of the main issues I've had with other dentist offices. I can't say enough about this group. They are my dental heroes, I swear! Every other dentist should take training from Dr. Oxler and his staff. I'm not exaggerating at all. Every single time I leave the office, I am smiling, no matter what procedure I've just had.
