DO NOT GO TO THIS "DENTIST"! I went in with a toothache on a Saturday morning. He took an x-ray, said that it was infected but that he could pull it anyway. He spent 45 minutes to 1 hour drilling out my tooth, as he said it was decayed and he could not pull it. He used a chisel and hammer and drill. For the first half of it, his "dental assistant" was out visiting in the lobby. I was bleeding and needing suction and he kept yelling for her to come suction me. He said she liked to talk too much! After being in the chair going through approximately an hour of what I could still feel pain, he said he was done. He had out one root, and said that she must have "sucked" up the other one. I was in sever pain and narcotics could not even make the pain feel better. I went to my regular dentist on Monday, and he said I had severe infection and he packed my tooth and put me on antibiotics. He thought that it needed x-rayed again, but he wanted to wait for the swelling to go down some. I went back today (Wed) and he did the x-ray. Yep, still had one WHOLE root in there! He said he was so sorry but that was why I was STILL in unbearable pain, and why the infection was so bad! He had to redo the procedure, and showed me the root when he got it out! He said their was NO way that the other "dentist" at Dental 911 had even touched that root! So, now I am having to start all over again. I have missed 4 days of work, I have been in so much pain that I thought at times I could not stand it, and it was all because Dental 911 did NOT do the job correctly! He is a quack, who can not get patients in a normal environment, so he has to get them by doing emergency extractions! I would not trust this man or his assistant for anything that has to do with mine or any of my friends or families mouths! HORRIBLE!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
