One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.
