Their office equipment is in good shape - all very current and safe-looking. It put my mind at ease. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

He doesn't seem to listen to you and what you have to say. He makes his own discissions and gives you meds you can not take.
