Dr.devin should retire now. He is unproffessional and does not want to do his job. He counts on medical students to see his patience while he is hidding in his office chatting on the phone. I had been with him few years but he does not even know I am his patient. He is rude and unfriendly and can not diagnose you correctly. Forget about confidentiality in this office and you always wait more than an hour to see a medical college students. Leave this office because there are plenty of good doctors in Germantown area. I am glad I left this clueless doctor.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, the front desk staff always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Dr. Devin tries his best NOT to see his patients. He has two or three 3rd year medical students doing assessments on his patients which he NEVER double checks. If I insist on seeing him, he makes me feel like I'm going to put him behind schedule even when I've made the appointment to see him. If he does see me he's usually out of the room within about 2 minutes. The med students are usually nice enough but how much do they really know? They aren't doctors yet and how do I know they won't miss something important?

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
