Dr. Finkel is really sharp and on top of his field (of gastroenterology). He is personable but also efficient and professional, so doesn't spend a lot of extra time in unnecessary conversation. The office practice with other doctors seems well organized and makes use of latest science technologies. The assistants are friendly enough but not as uber-friendly as I've seen elsewhere. I had a difficult case to resolve and highly recommend Dr. Finkel because of his competency.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had the most friendly attitude, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I really appreciated the warm welcome.
