I like the doctor quite a lot. She was patient and helpful. I find the receptionist hard to work with on the phone--rather than giving me several times to choose from, she always veers me toward specific times and I have to say 'no' about 20 times before we settle on something. I also don't like that they don't call the day before to remind of the appointment. But as for the doctor, I've never had a complaint.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
