Dr. Schlenoff made sure every single question I had was answered, but is not quick to follow up by phone. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.
Wait time is always very long - over 1 hour up to 2.5, but Dr. Schlenoff spends as much time as needed with every patient, so it's worth it to wait to see her.
