They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
