Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
