It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

While the medical treatments my son and myself received were only partially successful, I can say without equivocation that this is the worst run office and billing system on the face of the planet. They are mean, uncaring, uncooperative, accusing, patronizing, and greedy. In my experience they are only interested in their perspective, and like others have mentioned, they neve ever call back. I wish I would have seen the derogatory reviews on this practice before i went there. It would have saved me much aggravation and frustration.

Dr. Barnett and his staff are friendly and efficient. Most of the time I am called promptly but once I did spend a little too much time in the waiting room. The doctor and his staff always listen to every question or concern I may have.
