They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

I am a coward when it comes to dentist. I hate being in there; it causes me a lot of anxiety. Dr. Pong's cheerful personality has always made me calmer and offeres me gas to keep my stress down.
I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly and make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
