In a world of physicians who watch their billing-rate-per-minute, some of whom lack everyday communication skills, and with patient loads so large they have to look at your chart to know your name, Dr. O'Donnell gives you the time he needs to get to know you and the time you need to ask questions and understand. He also takes into account my preferences for treatment. His staff are competent, long serving, friendly, and efficient. The office is small, and the waiting room rarely has more than one patient. I am very, very satisfied, and in fact, I would rather fight than switch!

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
