Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. We go the wrong diagnosis, they were a waste of time!! They made us pay up front then took the insurance money. I had to fight to get it back!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My dentist highly reccommends Dr Isaacson is excellent. I got an appointment quickly. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
