They ignored my questions and the wait time was inexcusable, over 3 hours just waiting! For a scheduled appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, they never have been friendly. I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff LIED to me, saying they did not call the insurance company. Then they retracted and said they did and that I only had $100 left for coverage. Which, by the way, is a flat out lie. I had called my insurance company and was still on the phone to them as I was walking in to the office and the insurance company said there was over $700 left, way more than enough to cover the procedure! I demanded Dental Dreams on east state call again, they refused and sicked their office pit bull/ manager on me. She is rude and arrogant. She belittles the patients. When I started to get mad about her calling ME a liar, and that her staff were worthless, she said "you can leave now". Thing is, I was already walking towards the exit! the dentist left me with broken teeth and shattered fillings. I have NO MOLARS! Right now, my front teeth look like veneers. Dark yellow veneers. I did not get veneers. My teeth are broken! I cant chew properly or smile. This pain has continued to this day. The dentist said he would pull the teeth, but he kept coming up with excuse after excuse until, of course, the insurance ran out. I would never visit them again. If I had access to pain meds and antibiotics (I always needed several trips back to him to get the infections that always happened cleared up. And the pain was phenominal! He always under treats pain.) I would gladly take a hammer and chisel to this destroyed mouth!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. Then i went to International dental on 3502 East stat st they was very frindly and they help me fell much beter... I recomand them for all of you 815-227-1057 to make appoinment with them...
