The office is by no means state of the art, but it was okay. It's a busy office, comfortable but far from "posh". Just okay, that's all I can say. The skill level of the dentists was high I thought, however, after talking me into a root canal rather than an extraction, I was surprised to find (after the pain and bleeding had stopped) that she took the tooth anyway!

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
