Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I just moved to the Baton Rouge area, and I was referred to Dr. Slaughter by a couple of people. Honestly, I love Dr. Slaughter. She is very informative, patient, and friendly. What I did not like was her staff and the wait times. Her staff is very unprofessional and rude. I didn't find them to be helpful and found myself on hold for substantial amounts of time when I called. In addition, the wait times are RIDICULOUS!!!! I probably went to her office 3 or 4 times and waited no less than an hour and a half each time!! I couldn't deal with the staff or the wait times so I switched doctors.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
