They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
