I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were friendly and made me feel at home. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I don't know why no one has rated this dentistry office before. They appear to be good folks.
The office is smaller and may not be the most modern, but it is clean, neat, and the equipment is fairly new. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They are curteous and interested in the patient. They have a lot of clients, but do not rush through procedures. They take the time to explain everything to you and answer questions.

I went there for a root canal. Dr. Jones was very good. My molar tooth had 4 canals and was tough to clean out. It took a couple of hours of work by Dr. Jones, but I could tell that this was because he was thorough. He did not just file it once but took xrays twice at different steps during the procedure to ensure that the tooth was clean before he went on to fill it. He did a good job with humor and patience. I appreciated his work and manner. There was minimal tooth pain afterward and the morning after there is none.

The office is good and upfront in dealing with insurance, costs and questions. I used a discount plan and unlike most places this office adhered to and honored the original price list of my discount plan. I will certainly return to this office if needed!
