I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

I have been going to Dr. Smith (Dr. Talbot when little) since I was in grade school. I recommend them to family, friends and colleagues whenever someone is looking for a good dentist. Dr. Smith takes good care of my entire family! I highly recommend Talbot & Smith Family Dental Care Limited!
