The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
